Description

Manage end-user technical support and hardware lifecycle tasks within a supply and delivery technology environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build Windows 10 laptops from images and manage hardware deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues involving Outlook, Teams, and in-house applications.
• Manage and resolve incidents using ServiceNow.
• Support VDI infrastructure and resolve related user issues.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware replacements and manage assets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or technical IT roles.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 deployment and imaging.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Outlook, Teams, and general software issues.
• Direct experience using ServiceNow for incident management.
• Technical understanding of VDI infrastructure.
• Experience using an Asset Management Tool.
• Ability to track and control project expenditure and budgets.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Group Standard Project Management methodologies and tools.
