Description

Manage the design, development, and execution of technical solutions for desktop and SCCM environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage technical solutions in collaboration with technology management and senior engineers.
• Conduct infrastructure reviews, design implementations, and create architectural documentation and standards.
• Elicit business requirements by interacting with stakeholders and business partners across all management levels.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, technicians, and integrators while reviewing their documentation and proposals.
• Coordinate vendor interactions and resources to support organizational needs.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in systems design, management, or architecture.
• Strong knowledge of server/client and virtual technologies.
• Ability to translate complex functional requirements into high-quality implementations.
• Experience in infrastructure design, data management, and system development for complex applications.
• Proven ability to document and analyze system specifications and requirements.
• Advanced technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of how supported technologies interact with other systems and services.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
