Description

You provide on-site technical support for desktop, laptop, and office hardware in the Bloomfield Hills office.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop, laptop hardware, software, and office printers.
• Manage local IT services by quoting, purchasing, and tracking hardware and software licenses.
• Deploy and support customized repair, remanufacturing, and warehouse systems.
• Collaborate with Global Tier 3 and corporate IT teams to resolve escalated issues and restore services.
• Adhere to corporate IT standards while managing local networking and server support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support and systems administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
• Strong networking knowledge including routing, switching, TCP/IP, IPSec, and firewalls.
• Experience managing Azure AD and Group Policies.
• Technical proficiency with Windows Desktop OS, Linux, and MAC/iOS environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
• Knowledge of endpoint operating systems and mobile device troubleshooting.
• Experience with information security solutions for endpoint threat management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cisco (ISE, Meraki, Umbrella, Aruba, Viptela SDWAN), Palo Alto, or NetApp Storage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM, JAMF, Autopilot, or RF barcoding technologies.
