Desktop Technician

You will manage the maintenance and installation of desktop hardware and end-user software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PCs, notebooks, printers, and other peripherals across all locations.
• Install and configure end-user software including MS Office and MS Outlook.
• Set up LAN client software and hardware as required.
• Update hardware and software asset data during equipment installation or relocation.
• Ensure all software is virus-free prior to installation and follow security regulations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in PC and printer support and maintenance.
• Proficiency in supporting Windows 7 and 8 client environments.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Symantec Antivirus and Attachmate Extra programs.
• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting network connections and TCP/IP concepts.
• Ability to support iOS devices such as iPhone and iPad.
• Strong English communication skills for effective end-user interaction.
• Diploma in Computer Engineering or a related field.
