You will lead service delivery teams to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate internal and external service delivery teams through coaching and support.
• Produce regular reports regarding service performance, incidents, and operational trends.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all processes, procedures, and system configurations.
• Implement ITIL and COBIT frameworks to drive service quality and automation.
• Manage risks related to service delivery, business continuity, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in service delivery or technical coordination.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
• Experience working with COBIT frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage service performance reporting and documentation.
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance activities.
• Ability to drive automation and continuous improvement in service workflows.
• Graduate degree in any field.
