Description

You will manage Windows environments, Active Directory, and virtualization infrastructure while troubleshooting hardware and network configurations.

Responsibilities

• Support Windows environments (XP, 7, 10, 11) including legacy configurations.
• Manage Active Directory accounts and perform remote system administration.
• Support domain migration projects and infrastructure upgrades.
• Troubleshoot network configurations (DHCP, static IPs, multi-NIC setups).
• Maintain lab inventory, perform system reconciliation, and support VDI initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or desktop administration.
• Deep knowledge of Windows OS, including legacy systems like XP.
• Proficiency with Active Directory and Remote Desktop services.
• Experience with VMware environments and VDI technologies.
• Strong networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DHCP, NIC configurations).
• Hardware troubleshooting skills (drivers, PCI cards, serial adapters).
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell or similar).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VMware Workstation, vSphere, SCCM, or MECM.
• Familiarity with application virtualization.
