Description

You will own the desktop testing lifecycle for specific products, ensuring quality across functional and non-functional requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Lead test planning to ensure clearly defined scopes for all testing cycles.
• Execute manual and automated test cases, documenting results accurately.
• Triage defects with complete background information and report findings.
• Maintain test suites and ensure reporting traceability for audits.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a QA tester, primarily focused on desktop testing.
• Proficiency in 70% manual testing and 30% automation execution.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Familiarity with PowerShell for testing purposes.
• Proficiency using Qtest and Jira.
• Experience testing applications such as Outlook, Teams, and security products.
• Experience testing remote access tools like Webex, Zoom, and Skype.
