Description

You will provide onsite technical support and hardware maintenance for users across multiple locations in Portland, Maine.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, and maintain hardware including desktops, laptops, mobile phones, tablets, and printers.
• Lead installation activities within assigned areas while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Execute preventative maintenance procedures at onsite locations.
• Respond to emergency technical issues on short notice.
• Travel to different sites within a two-hour driving radius and attend training sessions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in field support.
• Proficiency in desktop support, help desk support, and computer repair.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for various hardware devices.
• Broad knowledge of Microsoft technology fundamentals and concepts.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Structured thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability for a 7 AM to 4 PM shift.
