Description
You will lead a technical team focused on desktop management, messaging, and collaboration infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team providing desktop management support, covering image management, patch management, software distribution, and application packaging.
- Oversee messaging and collaboration tools including Microsoft Intune, MS Teams Hub, and Hub integrations.
- Manage the customer endpoint experience across VDI, Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, and JAMF Apple Management.
- Implement and automate processes using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Microsoft Deployment tools.
- Manage MS 365 support, remote technology, security patches, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint policy management.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of experience in desktop and messaging management.
- Expertise in VDI and Azure Desktop environments.
- Hands-on experience with Citrix.
- Proficiency in desktop imaging and packaging.
- Experience with JAMF Apple Management.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
- Experience managing MS 365 and endpoint policies.
- Background in vulnerability remediation and security patch management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Deployment tools.
