Description

You will provide independent IT administration and technical support for a medical facility and remote sites managing approximately 200 IT devices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the setup, configuration, and maintenance of PC desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices including printers and scanners.
• Troubleshoot and administer Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office suite, and various commercial business software.
• Configure and support Android and Apple mobile devices.
• Maintain IT inventory control, ticketing systems, and technical documentation for issues and solutions.
• Support Ethernet-based LAN/WAN environments and analog/digital phone configurations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with PC desktop, laptop, and peripheral maintenance.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and anti-virus software.
• 3+ years of experience configuring and troubleshooting mobile devices.
• 3+ years of experience with IT inventory control, reporting, and staff training.
• 3+ years of experience with analog and digital phone configuration and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP within LAN/WAN environments.
• Experience with Google Suite, email administration, and distribution lists.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks including standing, walking, and bending.
