You will lead backend development efforts and manage technical delivery using agile principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams through problem-solving, analysis, and solution identification.
• Evaluate technical architectures and implement effective solutions.
• Influence technical decisions through clear communication and analytical thinking.
• Manage engineering workflows following agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Developer Lead role.
• Proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Knowledge of microservices, messaging, and CI/CD.
• Experience with DevSecOps mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with AWS S3 and AWS SES.
• Familiarity with React Native, Angular, or React JS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
• Ability to work on-site (WFO) in Indonesia.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing teams using agile principles.
• Domain knowledge within the insurance industry.
• Familiarity with Quarkus.
