Lead backend development efforts and manage technical delivery using agile principles.

You will own the engineering workflows, guide teams through problem-solving, and evaluate technical architectures to implement effective solutions. You will influence technical decisions through clear communication and ensure robust delivery standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Developer Lead role.
• Proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Knowledge of microservices, messaging, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with DevSecOps mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with AWS S3 and AWS SES.
• Familiarity with React Native, Angular, or React JS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing teams using agile principles.
• Domain knowledge within the insurance industry.
• Familiarity with Quarkus.
