You will lead software design and engineering efforts for large-scale business applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead software design for teams of 5 or more members.
• Create design artifacts including software models and application architecture diagrams.
• Design and build maintainable, evolvable, and highly tested systems.
• Participate in peer code reviews and pull requests as both reviewer and reviewee.
• Apply pragmatic technology solutions to drive client value and system security.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering and design experience with large-scale business applications.
• 5+ years of experience leading software design in teams of 5+ members.
• 5+ years of experience in Azure public cloud.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and React.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, basic algorithms, and object-oriented principles.
• Expertise in API design and development.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio, Git, and deployment pipeline tools.
• Strong relational database skills including craft, query construction, and optimization for SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of architectural principles, modeling, and security.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of technical leadership or consulting background.
• Solid understanding of authentication models and authorization technology integration.
• Experience with observability, scripting, automation, CI/CD, and DevOps.
