Lead software design and engineering efforts for large-scale business applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead software design for teams of five or more members.
• Design and develop robust APIs and integrated services.
• Apply architectural principles, modeling, and security standards to software development.
• Optimize relational database craft and query construction.
• Manage deployment pipelines and integration with services like Hasura.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering and design experience with large-scale applications.
• 5+ years of experience leading software design in teams of 5+ members.
• 5+ years of experience working in Azure public cloud.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and React.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, basic algorithms, and object-oriented principles.
• Expertise in API design and development.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio, Git, and deployment pipeline tools.
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other RDBMS including query optimization.
• Understanding of Graph, modern security models, and service integration.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of technical leadership or consulting background.
• Experience with authentication models, authorization technologies, observability, scripting, automation, and CI/CD.
