Description

You will perform advanced systems analysis and programming for Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, and Core HR applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and procedures to automate processing or improve existing systems.
• Develop, test, and debug complex PeopleSoft programs and technical design documents.
• Maintain data integrity across PeopleSoft Benefits, Pension, Core HR, and Financials modules.
• Integrate PeopleSoft applications with third-party systems using web services and integration tools.
• Provide technical estimates, feasibility studies, and guidance during system implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft PeopleTools development.
• 3+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HRMMS, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, and/or Financials modules.
• 3+ years of experience writing SQR programs.
• 3+ years of experience with PeopleCode.
• 3+ years of experience using SQL with an Oracle database.
• Experience with PeopleSoft XML Publisher reporting.
• Proficiency with Application Engine, COBOL, and PeopleSoft Integration tools.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in computer science, data processing, business, or a related field.
