Description

You will support the configuration and development of the FASTDS-VS® COTS application.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirement gathering, analysis, and application configuration tasks.
• Manage reference table configurations and user access permissions.
• Develop application changes, scripts, and implementation specifications.
• Debug software, manage source control, and conduct application testing.
• Provide production application support.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in application development and support.
• Proficiency in OO development using .Net, Java, or C.
• Experience writing SQL queries and working knowledge of SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of traditional and Agile software development methodologies.
• Knowledge of coding best practices and software development standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Management Information Systems, or Mathematics.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Visual Basic .NET.
