Description

You will provide application and environment support for document management systems, primarily IBM FileNet and Datacap.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform system build, configuration, and maintain detailed process documentation.
• Monitor system performance, conduct capacity planning, and implement performance improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure issues across environments.
• Develop and document operational procedures for ongoing system support.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless system functionality.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in document management technologies and application support.
• Strong expertise in IBM FileNet administration.
• Strong expertise in Datacap administration.
• Experience managing AIX, Linux, and Windows environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven ability to monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex enterprise issues.
