Description

You design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC/IICS and PowerCenter. You lead cloud data migration initiatives from on-premises systems to Snowflake, GCP, or other cloud platforms. You develop mappings, workflows, and task flows while ensuring data quality, validation, and transformation accuracy. You manage Informatica platform administration, including installations, upgrades, migrations, and secure agent configurations. You optimize data pipelines for performance using partitioning, pushdown optimization, and CDC, and provide production support to ensure reliable data processing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC/IICS and PowerCenter.
• Lead cloud data migration initiatives from on-premises systems to Snowflake, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
• Develop mappings, workflows, and task flows while ensuring data quality, validation, and transformation accuracy.
• Manage Informatica platform administration, including installations, upgrades, migrations, and secure agent configurations.
• Optimize data pipelines for performance using techniques like partitioning, pushdown optimization, and CDC.

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT development, and Informatica platforms.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Informatica IDMC/IICS (CDI, CDQ, CAI).
• Proven experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Snowflake and GCP.
• Proven experience in data migration, ETL/ELT architecture, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with multiple databases and integration tools across enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Any Graduate accepted).

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing production support and troubleshooting complex data issues.
• Collaboration experience with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data processing.
