Description

You will build and maintain Industrial IoT solutions using the PTC ThingWorx platform. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications and mashups within the ThingWorx platform.
• Design and implement features using the PTC ThingWorx client SDK and edge development tools.
• Integrate Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality into the ThingWorx ecosystem.
• Create data visualizations by developing REST API calls and remote database interactions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery on schedule.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum processes.
• Hands-on experience with the IIoT Platform and PTC ThingWorx.
• Proficiency in Java or .NET for custom extension development.
• Experience with JavaScript or Angular for front-end development.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL or PostgreSQL databases.
• Familiarity with MQTT protocols and message brokers like Kafka or ActiveMQ.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Tomcat 8 or 9.
• Experience working in Linux environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with edge computing architectures.
• Background in industrial automation or manufacturing systems.
