Job Responsibilities include:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology programs, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.

Design, implement, and support Camunda BPM/Camunda 8 process orchestration solutions, including workflow automation, system integrations, and business process optimization.

Architect and manage cloud-native platforms using Kubernetes (EKS), AWS services, Helm charts, and containerized deployment strategies.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Drive CI/CD automation, platform monitoring, and operational excellence using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Prometheus, Grafana, and related DevOps tools.

Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues, mentor team members, and ensure delivery best practices across financial services technology initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field.

6–8 years of experience in Technical Delivery, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or Enterprise Application Delivery.

Strong expertise in Camunda BPM/Camunda 8, Kubernetes (EKS), AWS cloud services, Helm, CI/CD pipelines, and process orchestration solutions within enterprise environments.

Proven experience leading complex platform implementations, systems integration, and cloud-native application deployments, with strong stakeholder management, architectural design, and delivery leadership skills in financial services environments
