Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology programs, ensuring solutions meet scope, budget, and quality expectations. You will design and implement Camunda 8 process orchestration and workflow automation while architecting cloud-native platforms on AWS using Kubernetes (EKS) and Helm. You will drive CI/CD automation and operational excellence using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Prometheus, and Grafana. Additionally, you will troubleshoot complex integration issues, mentor team members, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions for financial services initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology programs within scope and budget.
• Design and implement Camunda BPM/Camunda 8 process orchestration and workflow automation.
• Architect and manage cloud-native platforms using Kubernetes (EKS), AWS, and Helm.
• Drive CI/CD automation and platform monitoring using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor team members.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Delivery, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in Camunda BPM or Camunda 8 for process orchestration.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes (EKS), AWS Cloud Services, and Helm charts.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
