Description

You design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET applications and RESTful APIs for healthcare interoperability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage FHIR R4/R5 resources for secure clinical and administrative data exchange.
• Integrate applications with EHRs and external healthcare systems using HL7, JSON, and XML standards.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, security, and data privacy requirements across all solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and contribute to system design discussions.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in .NET development with healthcare applications.
• Proven experience implementing and supporting FHIR R4 resources and healthcare interoperability solutions.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance, secure API development, and integration with EHR systems.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs using .NET.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and code reviews.
• Knowledge of HL7, JSON, and XML standards.
