Description

You will lead the development of Loyalty Member benefit products, driving technical strategy from design through delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define quarterly roadmap strategies and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus on technical approaches.
• Maintain and enhance enterprise services using domain-driven and test-driven development.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and implement debugging solutions.
• Research and integrate new technologies to improve security and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Proficiency with GitHub and Azure DevOps for source control and CI/CD.
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Airline Industry.
• Familiarity with enterprise application architecture and data modeling.
