Description

You will provide frontline engineering support for crypto services and distributed applications, ensuring service reliability and user success.

Responsibilities

• Monitor communication channels to respond to user questions and onboarding requests.
• Troubleshoot user issues, resolving them directly or escalating to the Crypto Services team.
• Analyze metrics and user data to identify recurring issues and suggest tooling or documentation improvements.
• Develop internal tools, scripts, and features to improve service reliability.
• Maintain updated analytics regarding user support trends and issue types.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java, including architecture, design, and development.
• Experience with cryptographic concepts, including signing and encryption.
• Proficiency in Unix Bash scripting.
• Working knowledge of network security and SSL.
• Experience in SRE, customer support, or user support roles.
• Ability to troubleshoot and support distributed applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with distributed systems and web application security.
• Knowledge of Splunk, networking, and communication protocols.
