Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using IBM DataStage 11.x to support data reporting and application stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance software applications and data pipelines using DataStage ETL 11.x.
• Execute code changes for DataStage jobs and Unix shell scripts to meet business requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve technical issues and ensure application stability in production.
• Analyze, prototype, unit test, and deploy solutions based on agile user stories.
• Automate manual tasks and improve existing processes to streamline operations.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in DataStage (ETL), preferably version 11.7.
• Strong proficiency with UNIX and shell scripting.
• Strong SQL skills using DB2, Sybase, or Oracle.
• Experience with Control-M for job scheduling.
• Experience using Jira and Bitbucket for tracking and version control.
• Experience across all aspects of the system development life cycle (SDLC) using agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent working experience.

Preferred Skills

• Working experience in Java or SAS.
• Experience working within the mortgage industry.
