Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC solutions to support enterprise risk management, governance, and compliance requirements.

Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, dashboards, reports, and portal components.

Develop and maintain integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST APIs, and data import mechanisms to support business processes.

Manage user roles, groups, ACLs, update sets, and application configurations while ensuring platform security and compliance standards.

Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.

Create technical documentation, troubleshoot application issues, perform functional testing, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field.

5+ years of ServiceNow Application Development experience, including 3+ years as a Certified ServiceNow Application Developer.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC development, including workflow configuration, business rules, client scripts, UI customization, ACLs, Service Catalog, dashboards, and platform administration.

Proven experience with JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST API integrations, Agile development methodologies, and enterprise ServiceNow solution implementation
