Job Responsibilities include:

Lead multiple Agile engineering squads in the design, development, and delivery of full-stack applications, APIs, microservices, and platform modernization initiatives.

Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with engineering best practices.

Partner with Product Owners, architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to prioritize work, manage dependencies, and deliver business outcomes.

Drive the development of Java/Spring Boot microservices, cloud-native applications, REST APIs, and modern front-end solutions using AWS, Angular/React, and CI/CD practices.

Mentor, coach, and develop engineering talent while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Oversee production support activities, including incident management, root cause analysis, platform reliability improvements, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

10+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years of engineering leadership and people management experience.

Proven experience leading multiple Agile teams delivering full-stack applications, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.

Strong technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, AWS, Angular/React, SQL, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks
