You will develop, test, and document applications to meet user stories with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Write optimized, error-free code following security guidelines and appropriate algorithms.
• Debug, test, and document components while communicating development stages to stakeholders.
• Mentor Developer I engineers by providing feedback and helping them set FAST goals.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Estimate time, effort, and resource dependencies for assigned tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in R programming and R Shiny.
• Experience with data manipulation and DBMS.
• Strong front-end skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of Git for version control.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Ability to design, implement, and evaluate user interfaces and business software components.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
