You will develop and enhance features within the Salesforce platform, providing technical leadership and driving quality improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows and optimize back-end processes.
• Create custom user experiences and build a component library to support administrators.
• Collaborate with software teams to build seamless system integrations.
• Maintain existing features and help design new global initiatives.
• Set standards for Salesforce excellence and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on engineering experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
• 7 years of experience with LWC, Apex, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience integrating Salesforce using SOAP, REST, Bulk, and Streaming APIs.
• Experience building complex, scalable software systems delivered to customers.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Account Engagement, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Solid understanding of AWS core concepts, including Lambda, CloudWatch, Appflow, and S3.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS technologies as needed for the Force.com platform.
