You will own the full development lifecycle, from analyzing business requirements to delivering code and diagnosing technical issues.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems under pressure.
• Manage shifting requirements and prioritize tasks to meet sprint goals.
• Analyze business needs and document system requirements accurately.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL querying.
• Hands-on coding experience in Python, Java, or C.
• Experience using Jira for system analysis and testing.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills using MS Office.
• Ability to manage tasks effectively within a virtual team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau Development.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or Power BI.
