Description

You will own the development, design, and release of full-stack application components while mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, and test error-free code aligned with user stories and technical requirements.
• Design application components, including creating Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
• Mentor Developer I and II engineers, providing technical guidance and code feedback.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for defects, mitigate issues, and fix production bugs.
• Manage module-level activities, including effort estimation, resource planning, and release execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in Full Stack development.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience working with DBMS technologies.
• Ability to create, review, and execute unit test cases.
• Competency in Agile development methods.
• Strong technical design and documentation skills.
• Ability to estimate effort, resources, and dependencies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior developers in a technical capacity.
