Description

Lead technical design and development for extensible, maintainable enterprise systems. You will own the quality, performance, and specification adherence of the overall technical solution.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design systems with an emphasis on quality and maintainability.
• Analyze business requirements to determine design feasibility within time and cost constraints.
• Lead technical decision-making and provide guidance and mentoring to team members.
• Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures in coordination with QA.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with scripting languages including Perl or Python.
• 5+ years of experience with software build tools such as Ant or Maven.
• 5+ years of experience with MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• 5+ years of experience with UNIX-like operating systems including Linux, Solaris, or BSD.
• 3+ years of experience with workflow/process integration and automation technologies.
• 3+ years of experience with BPM process modeling and web services integration with commercial BPM solutions.
• Expert level understanding of enterprise system design, network fundamentals, and SDLC methodologies.
• Expert level understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Java and unit testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG.
