Description

You will develop and optimize data solutions using Databricks SQL, Delta Lake, and PySpark for the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement data processing and storage solutions using Databricks SQL and Delta Lake.
• Design and execute Databricks Workflows to streamline data operations and support complex transformations via PySpark.
• Analyze Property & Casualty Insurance data to provide actionable insights and ensure data integrity.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform code reviews, and optimize workflow performance.
• Document technical specifications and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Databricks SQL, Delta Lake, and PySpark.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL processes for data management and analytics.
• Domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
• Experience with data validation, monitoring, and scalable architecture design.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate or PySpark Certification.
• Experience with performance optimization and data architecture design.
