Description

Manage application stability and code fixes for Cash and Payments within the Transaction Banking domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute application software development and support activities to remediate problem tickets.
• Define and manage technical solutions from design to code level in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Manage third-party product vendors and integration partners to ensure timely, high-quality code deliveries.
• Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize the problem remediation book of work.
• Coordinate with vendors for the deployment of code fixes to meet stability, performance, and capacity requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of technology experience in application design, development, and team management.
• Proficiency in Java, ReactJS, and Python.
• Experience managing Oracle, MariaDB, or MSSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Solaris and RedHat Linux.
• Experience with application servers including JBoss and WebLogic.
• Strong domain knowledge in Transaction Banking, Cash Management, and Payments.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management.
• At least 1 year of experience managing third-party and offshore development teams.
• 2+ years of experience in banking technology, specifically Cash and Payments.
• Experience working within Agile software lifecycle methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to DevOps environments including Test Automation and CI/CD.
