Lead the development of a modern, web-based platform serving as the enterprise repository for fresh quality specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using Java and the Spring ecosystem for high performance and scalability.
• Develop and enhance front-end applications using React to provide intuitive interfaces for business users and inspectors.
• Collaborate with product teams and architecture stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers, promote engineering standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with significant hands-on coding responsibility, including Java.
• 7+ years of experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating them into production environments.
• 5+ years of experience designing, building, and evolving APIs and web applications with React.
• Strong knowledge of the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, REST, persistence, and security fundamentals.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL data stores.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Git workflows.
