Description

You will manage and configure the BMC Remedy ITSM and BMC Helix SaaS suites. You own the configuration of key modules and the integration of third-party systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure BMC Helix ITSM modules including Incident, Work Orders, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and SLA Management.
• Manage BMC Smart IT, BMC Digital Workplace Advanced, and BMC Digital Workplace Catalog.
• Execute integrations between BMC Remedy and third-party systems.
• Utilize Smart Reporting and Helix Dashboards for data visualization.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with BMC Remedy ITSM suite and BMC Helix in SaaS.
• Extensive functional and configuration knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM modules.
• Hands-on experience with BMC Smart IT.
• Proficiency with BMC Digital Workplace Advanced.
• Proficiency with BMC Digital Workplace Catalog.
• Experience with CMDB and Knowledge Management.
• Experience with SLA Management.
• Ability to perform integrations with third-party systems.
• Experience with Smart Reporting and Helix Dashboards.

Preferred Skills

• Official BMC manufacturer certifications in any ITSM suite component.
• ITIL Certification.
