Job Responsibilities include:

Lead RFGen Version 6 upgrade, deployment, migration, and production stabilization activities across enterprise environments.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RFGen applications, workflows, integrations, and backend systems.

Develop and maintain RFGen customizations, including scripting, workflow enhancements, form modifications, and debugging.

Design and support integrations between RFGen and ERP systems such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne using APIs and web services.

Manage database activities including SQL Server/Oracle query development, stored procedures, performance tuning, and issue resolution.

Support barcode scanning, label printing, Zebra printer integrations, and mobile device solutions to ensure seamless warehouse operations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

5+ years of experience with RFGen administration, support, upgrades, deployments, and enterprise application integrations.

Strong hands-on experience with RFGen Version 6, including upgrades, migrations, workflow customization, scripting, troubleshooting, and production stabilization.

Expertise in SQL Server/Oracle, API/Web Services integrations, RFGen-ERP integrations (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne), and barcode/scanner technologies
