Description

You will develop and maintain complex customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream Cloud Native.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Exstream applications within a containerized architecture using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Architect and build secure integrations between Exstream and enterprise systems, data sources, and APIs.
• Create, modify, and manage document templates, logic, and workflows using Exstream Communications Designer and Empower.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment in Azure.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5 years hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream (v23.4 or higher).
• Demonstrated experience developing and deploying applications in a cloud-native environment.
• Expertise in Exstream Communications Designer, Empower, and Communication Server.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure services.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Git, and Jenkins.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) and familiarity with Java.
• Strong understanding of data formats including XML and JSON.
