Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer Platform/Product with a strong focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities and the ability to leverage them to enhance our product offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
• Optimize existing Salesforce applications for performance and usability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements to continuously improve our product.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and data management tools.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with third party applications.
• Certifications in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) are a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
