Lead Power Apps development projects from conception to deployment while mentoring team members and communicating technical requirements to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle development for Power Apps projects.
• Mentor team members to ensure project success and quality.
• Communicate technical requirements and status to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply agile methodologies and DevOps practices to development workflows.
• Solve complex analytical problems with a focus on technical detail.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Proficiency in C# and JavaScript.
• Strong SQL skills for data management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field.
• Proven experience leading development projects.
• Ability to work in agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare or managed care environments.
