Description

You will focus on the technical analysis, coding, and implementation of CCM solutions to meet client specifications.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain program code to meet system designs and technical specifications according to quality standards.
• Debug, diagnose, and correct errors in applications within established testing protocols.
• Design and configure applications on CCM designer tools to migrate document generation from legacy systems.
• Elicit and analyze requirements for data mapping, template layout design, and post-processing.
• Create and update technical program documentation, end-user documentation, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application programming and technical analysis.
• Extensive experience with end-to-end CCM implementations, specifically Quadient Inspire.
• Deep knowledge of Opentext Exstream products and modules.
• Proficiency with Exstream Application Manager and Empower Editor.
• Experience with Content Author and Communication Builder.
• Ability to design high-level and detailed CCM application architectures.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders, business clients, and offshore SMEs in a global delivery environment.
• Proven ability to configure environments and tools to enterprise scalability standards.
