Job Responsibilities include:

Configure, deploy, and support IoT-enabled devices and robotic systems to ensure reliable operation and performance in production environments.

Develop and execute test plans, validation procedures, and functional testing activities for IoT and Intelligent Edge devices.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users, resolving device, network, and connectivity issues.

Monitor device health, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams to deploy IoT solutions and optimize device configurations.

Perform device maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and documentation while supporting RFID technologies, Linux-based systems, and networked IoT environments.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Robotics, Electronics, or a related technical field.

4–8 years of experience in IoT, Intelligent Edge Computing, Device Support, Robotics, or related technology environments.

Hands-on experience with IoT device/robot configuration, test planning, test execution, and deployment support.

Strong troubleshooting skills with experience supporting end users, diagnosing device and network issues, and working with Linux-based systems, RFID technologies, or connected edge devices
