Description

Configure, deploy, and support IoT-enabled devices and robotic systems in production environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and maintain IoT devices and robotic systems for reliable operation.
• Develop and execute test plans, validation procedures, and functional testing for Intelligent Edge devices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for device, network, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor device health, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimize device configurations and deployments.

Required Skills

• 4–8 years of experience in IoT, Intelligent Edge Computing, or Robotics.
• Hands-on experience with IoT device configuration, test planning, and deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Linux-based systems and connected edge devices.
• Experience supporting end users and diagnosing network issues.
• Familiarity with RFID technologies and networked IoT environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Robotics, or Electronics.
• Experience with device maintenance, diagnostics, and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex robotic system integration.
• Background in functional testing automation for edge devices.
