Job Responsibilities include:

Configure and implement SAP Callidus Commissions and CPQ rules, plans, and workflows aligned with business requirements.

Manage end-to-end commission calculation processes to ensure accurate and timely sales compensation.

Design and support data integrations and ETL processes using Oracle PL/SQL, APIs, and external systems.

Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Create and maintain reports and analytics (Crystal Reports) to track sales performance and incentive effectiveness.

Perform system testing (unit, SIT, UAT), optimize performance, and manage Agent Lifecycle Management (ALM).

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

8–10 years of experience working with SAP Callidus Cloud (Commissions/CPQ) and incentive compensation systems.

Strong technical expertise in SAP Callidus configuration, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and ETL/API integrations.

Proven functional knowledge of incentive compensation, sales performance management (SPM), and end-to-end commission processing with strong stakeholder communication skills
