Description

Configure and maintain SAP Callidus Commissions and CPQ systems to support accurate sales compensation processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement SAP Callidus rules, plans, and workflows aligned with business requirements.
• Manage end-to-end commission calculation processes for timely and accurate payouts.
• Design data integrations and ETL processes using Oracle PL/SQL, APIs, and external systems.
• Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Create reports and analytics using Crystal Reports to track sales performance.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience with SAP Callidus Cloud (Commissions/CPQ).
• Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL.
• Experience with ETL and API integrations.
• Proficiency in developing Unix shell scripts.
• Ability to create reports using Crystal Reports.
• Knowledge of system testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and performance optimization.
• Functional knowledge of incentive compensation and sales performance management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field.
