You will develop and customize solutions within the ServiceNow platform focusing on Legal Services Delivery and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD).
Responsibilities
Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to automate legal service delivery workflows, including contract management and compliance processes.
Configure ServiceNow HRSD modules for case management, employee onboarding, offboarding, and self-service portals.
Customize workflows, forms, and interfaces to align with legal and HR policies and procedures.
Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with third-party HR systems to create end-to-end processes.
Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and system health.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
Expertise in ServiceNow Legal Services Delivery and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization.
Knowledge of legal service processes such as contract management and legal request management.
Familiarity with HR service delivery, including employee lifecycle management and case management.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
