Description

You will manage and extend the Freshservice ITSM platform through custom development, automation, and integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Freshservice workflows, automations, and integrations to meet business requirements.
• Configure and maintain ITSM modules including incident, problem, change, and service request management.
• Implement and manage Freshservice APIs and integrations with external IT systems and tools.
• Troubleshoot system issues, monitor performance, and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and maintain configuration documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in developing and managing Freshservice or similar ITSM tools.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or Python.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement system enhancements.
• Strong communication skills for requirement gathering and end-user support.
