Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Java-based applications and microservices architectures.

Architect and develop REST APIs and Spring Boot microservices while ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot production applications, including AWS log analysis, incident management, and root cause resolution.

Conduct design and architecture reviews, code reviews, and provide technical guidance to ensure adherence to engineering best practices.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technology solutions.

Mentor offshore development teams, coordinate project delivery, and support CI/CD and DevOps deployment activities.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Informatics, or a related field.

10+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications.

Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, MySQL, and application architecture/design reviews.

Experience leading offshore development teams, supporting AWS environments, and working with CI/CD and DevOps practices
