Description

You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-class web applications and services within a JEE environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop front-end interfaces using responsive technologies and Single Page Application (SPA) frameworks.
• Build and maintain RESTful web services, converting legacy SOAP-based services to RESTful architectures.
• Execute the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, high-level design, testing, and deployment.
• Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to resolve defects and improve reliability.
• Create technical design documentation and participate in code walk-throughs to ensure technical standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Java and JEE application development platforms.
• 8+ years of server-side and web services development, including REST and SOAP.
• 8+ years with Java, Spring, Java Server Pages (JSP), and Struts.
• 8+ years with HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, CSS3, Bootstrap, SASS, and TypeScript.
• 4+ years implementing SPAs using the Angular TypeScript framework.
• 4+ years implementing RESTful service security using JWT, OAuth, and related standards.
• Experience integrating web services into Angular or React-based SPAs.
• Proficiency with JSON, XML, Maven, OpenAPI v3, and authentication/authorization strategies.
• Ability to develop self-contained, reusable, and testable modules.
