Description

You will perform advanced analysis to support, improve, and enhance databases and reports for a large-scale statewide education data system.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and enhance databases and reporting structures for complex, large-scale projects.
• Devise technical approaches to solve complex problems and provide thought leadership.
• Manage project scope and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Execute code changes following a defined SDLC process using an Agile-like approach.
• Perform unit testing and documentation for Jasper Reports and SPEDS projects.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience designing, coding, and supporting using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• 8+ years of experience developing stored procedures and functions.
• 8+ years of experience in unit testing.
• 8+ years of experience working in Agile environments.
• 5+ years of experience with Jasper Reports development.
• Strong expertise in data aggregation and analysis.
• Proven ability to work across multiple agency stakeholders to ensure report accuracy.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience with JIRA and Bitbucket.
